RDP for Google Ads One stable desktop and IP per ad account

An RDP for Google Ads gives each client account a machine that never changes location or device: a fixed dedicated US IP, a consistent Windows 10 browser and a desktop that stays on. Private KVM server with full admin from $7.99₹733.79 a month.

RDP plans for ad account management

Every plan is a private virtual machine with its own dedicated IP on an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X with DDR5 memory and NVMe storage. Pick one server per account identity.

What an ad account needs from a machine

Platforms look for consistency. A laptop that moves between home Wi-Fi, mobile data and a VPN gives them the opposite.

The same IP every day

One dedicated IPv4 that belongs to your server for as long as you keep it. No shared pool, no rotation, no sudden jump from Lagos to Karachi because a VPN endpoint changed.

The same device every day

Screen size, time zone, fonts, browser version and hardware fingerprint stay identical between logins because it is the same Windows 10 machine each time.

A genuine Windows 10 desktop

Chrome or Edge on Windows 10 Pro looks like an ordinary office PC to any website. It is not Windows Server dressed up, and it is not a browser inside a container.

Separate from personal browsing

Nothing else runs on this desktop. No personal Gmail, no other client accounts, no family members borrowing the laptop. The account lives on its own machine.

On when you are not

Scheduled reports, Google Ads Editor uploads and long bulk edits finish even after you close the RDP window. Team members in another time zone log in to the same session.

Reset in minutes

Reboot or reinstall Windows from the client area. When a client leaves, wipe the server and start the next account on a clean desktop with the same fixed IP.

A clean setup for one ad account

  1. 1

    Order with Windows 10 Pro

Click Buy Now, set the operating system to Windows 10 Pro and pay. The server is built automatically after payment confirmation and the IP, username and password arrive by email.

  2. 2

    Connect and update

Open Remote Desktop Connection, or the Microsoft Remote Desktop app on Mac or mobile, and sign in. Let Windows finish its updates and set the time zone to match where the account is meant to be run from.

  3. 3

    Install Chrome

Download Chrome from google.com inside the server. Create one Chrome profile for this account. Do not sign that profile into any other Google identity.

  4. 4

Sign in to the ad account only from this machine

From now on, every login to this Google Ads account, its Business Profile and its Analytics happens from this desktop. Stop logging in from your laptop or phone.

  5. 5

Keep the session for this account only

Do not open a second client's account on the same server. If you manage five accounts, run five small servers. Closing the RDP window keeps the session alive; only Log off or Shut down ends it.

Why ad platforms flag accounts

Google Ads, Meta and the other platforms run automated checks on every login. They are not looking at what you type. They are looking at whether this session resembles the last one: the same country, the same rough location, the same device, the same browser, the same time zone. An agency in India or Nigeria managing a client in the United States trips those checks constantly without doing anything wrong. The login comes from home Wi-Fi in the morning, from a phone hotspot at lunch, and from a VPN in the evening that lands on a different city each time. Two colleagues share the same laptop, so two different Google identities appear on one device. To the platform this looks like a compromised or shared account, and the result is a verification loop, a suspension for suspicious activity, or a payments review.

An RDP for Google Ads removes the variable. The account is only ever opened from one Windows 10 desktop with one dedicated US IP that does not change. Whoever on your team logs in, the platform sees the same machine in the same place. Location and device inconsistency, the most common trigger, simply stops happening.

Who this is for

Freelancers and small agencies handling several client accounts, in-house marketers whose company has an unreliable office connection, and media buyers who are travelling but need the account to stay in one place. It is equally useful for Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising and TikTok Ads; only the platform name changes. If you run dozens of accounts inside an anti-detect browser, the RDP for AdsPower page covers sizing for that.

How to size it

Windows 10 idles at about 1.2 GB of memory. The 2 GB plan runs one Chrome profile with a handful of Google Ads, Analytics and Tag Manager tabs, which is all one account needs. The 4 GB plan is the recommended choice when you keep Google Ads Editor open all day next to twenty tabs, run Looker Studio reports, or keep two or three Chrome profiles for the same client. Move to 8 GB if the server also runs an anti-detect browser or heavy reporting tools. Upgrading keeps your data and takes a reboot.

What you must know before ordering

Two honest points before you order

The IP is a datacenter IP, not residential. Most account management works fine from a fixed datacenter address. If a platform explicitly requires a residential connection, you will need to add your own residential proxy inside the browser; we do not sell or bundle proxies.

We do not help evade bans or policy enforcement. VPSLake is for legitimate account management. You must follow the advertising platform's policies and our acceptable use terms. One server per account identity is the practice we recommend, and it is the only one we support.

What is included

Every plan is a private KVM virtual machine, not a user account on a shared Windows Server. You get reserved vCPUs on an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X, DDR5 memory, NVMe storage, a 1 Gbps port, one dedicated IPv4 in Salt Lake City, full administrator access, and reboot or reinstall from the client area. Windows 10 Pro, Windows 11 Pro and Windows Server 2019 are on the same order form at the same price. Support is by ticket, WhatsApp and Telegram, seven days a week. Order from the plans above or from the main Windows RDP page. Buyers who need a plain USA RDP for other work get the same server; this page only explains how to use it for ad accounts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Datacenter. Every VPSLake RDP comes with one dedicated IPv4 in Salt Lake City, Utah that belongs to your server alone and never changes. It is not a residential or mobile IP. For most day-to-day Google Ads management a fixed datacenter IP is fine; if a platform explicitly requires a residential connection, add your own residential proxy inside the browser.
Yes, that is our recommendation. One server, one dedicated IP, one browser profile, one account identity. Mixing several client accounts on the same desktop links them by IP and device, so a problem on one can spread to the others. The 2 GB plan is cheap enough that separating accounts is affordable.
Yes. The server is a normal Windows 10 machine with full administrator rights, so any ad platform that works in Chrome or Edge works here, including Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok Ads and Pinterest. The same advice applies: keep one platform account identity per server and follow each platform's policies.
Choose Windows 10 Pro. Websites can read the operating system from the browser, and Windows 10 looks like an ordinary office PC, which is what an agency employee would normally use. Windows Server 2019 reports itself as a server. Both are on the order form at the same price and you can switch from the client area.
For one account with one Chrome profile and a few tabs, the 2 GB plan is enough. Choose 4 GB if you keep Google Ads Editor, Analytics, Tag Manager and a dozen tabs open at once, or run two or three Chrome profiles for the same client. 8 GB is for heavy reporting work or an anti-detect browser.
Yes. You get the administrator username and password and can hand them to a colleague or a freelancer. Windows 10 Pro allows one interactive session at a time, so two people cannot use the desktop at the same moment, but they can take turns and the platform sees the same machine and IP either way.
Yes, for legitimate account management. Running campaigns for your own business or for clients on a stable dedicated desktop is exactly what this page is for. We do not allow the service to be used for fraud, for evading platform bans or policy enforcement, or for anything that breaks our acceptable use terms.

Give each ad account its own machine
