2.2 Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
  • Service level agreements (SLA) are detailed in your specific service contract

2.3 Resource Allocation

  • VPS resources are allocated as specified in your chosen plan
  • Dedicated servers provide exclusive access to physical hardware
  • Resource usage monitoring helps ensure fair usage policies
  • Upgrade and downgrade options are available based on availability

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • Mining Operations: Cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval
  • Proxy Services: Operating open proxies or anonymization services

4.3 Enforcement

  • We monitor usage to ensure compliance with this policy
  • Violations may result in service suspension or termination

  • No refunds are provided for services terminated due to policy violations

5. Payment Terms and Billing

5.1 Pricing and Fees

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelled services cannot be reactivated; new accounts must be created

6.3 Data Retention After Cancellation

  • After 7 days, all data is permanently deleted
  • Extended data retention may be available for an additional fee
  • We are not responsible for data loss after termination

  • Backup services do not guarantee data recovery

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

  • Copyright holders may submit takedown notices
  • Customers may submit counter-notices for disputed content
  • Repeat offenders may have their accounts terminated

10. Service Termination

10.1 Termination by Customer

  • You may terminate services at any time with proper notice
  • Services continue through the end of the paid period
  • No refunds for partial months unless within refund period
  • Data backup must be completed before termination

10.2 Termination by VPSLake

  • We may terminate services for breach of terms
  • Non-payment may result in immediate termination
  • Policy violations may result in immediate termination
  • We will provide notice when possible

10.3 Effect of Termination

  • All rights and obligations cease upon termination
  • Outstanding balances remain due
  • Data is deleted according to our retention policy
  • Termination does not affect accrued rights

11. Legal and Miscellaneous Provisions
